Erika at Cotton & Customs has done great work for me! I have had her make some advertisements/marketing hats and jackets with her embroidery machine. As well as some fun stylish ones for me to personally enjoy! Her eye and knowledge of how the design will turn out on the final product, especially on the embroidery machine is unmatched and not something you will get just anywhere. She puts a lot of effort into making sure your final product will be eye appealing & readable to others— so it can do its marketing job ;). All while also being, very nice, professional, and extremely timely in what she does.

I have purchased several items from Cotton & Customs and I have been delighted with the quality. I was worried about quilted sweatshirts, but they wash up great!! (inside out of course)
Frequently Asked Questions
Our screen-printing process limits you to 3 colors and is best for 12 or more shirts. Cost is based on quantity and brand of shirt that you pick. Message us for a quote today!
Screen printing is not "cheap" for small orders but becomes cheap per item for bulk orders. For small orders (less than 12 items) we use full color transfers.
DTG, or Direct to Garment, is a printing process that applies to a design directly onto a garment using a specialized inkjet printer. It is ideal for creating high-resolution, full-color, and detailed prints on items like T-shirts and tote bags, particularly when the design is complex or only a few pieces are needed.
We prefer to not use Cricut HTV material, as the quality is not up to our standards. However, in an absolute pinch, we do have a Cricut for emergencies. We do not recommend that material for well-planned orders. :)
Our screen printing material limits you to 3 three colors and is recommended for tee orders over 12. Direct to Garment printing is full color and recommended for orders under 12.
When cared for properly, DTG prints can remain vibrant through 50+ washes.
