A "Drop" is a collection of garments of one theme that get released at once. They include items that are unique, and many times "1 of 1". Once they are sold, they are sold. They won't be reproduced or made again. You'll be the ONLY ONE with that item!

If you found an item that we cannot get, yes- bring it in! We treat every piece as our own, so it's watched like a hawk on our machines. *We are not responsible for replacing items that accidentally get damaged in the embroidery process.

Turnaround time is based on how busy we already are, and the size of your order request. We do, on occasion, allow rush orders (with applied fees paid in advance.)

We are located in Volga, just west of Brookings, South Dakota.
